This innovative venture saw Glenora meticulously monitoring the whisky's progression, noting how it gradually absorbed subtle notes of sweetness and fruitiness characteristic of the wine's grapes. After a period of four months, this careful observation and adjustment led to the perfect finish, culminating in a whisky that uniquely blends the robust flavours of Glenora's new make spirit with the delicate nuances of Ice Wine. This process not only exemplifies Glenora's commitment to innovation but also its dedication to crafting a whisky that resonates with the sophisticated palates of its consumers.
